I can't even start to explain how amazed i was by this experience. Cheryl treated us like VIPs and you could tell she did that for everyone. I have rented storage units before and this was head and shoulders above the competition. The location is clean, feels safe and conveniently locatef. Cheryl is genuinely nice and made this move much less stressful.

My husband and I moved to South Carolina from California and were absolutely exhausted from the drive when we arrived. I accidentally made a reservation at the Morningstar Storage down the road and thought we were not going to have a unit to store all of our belongings. The manager, Cheryl, was exceptionally helpful, kind, understanding and professional. She went above and beyond to ensure we obtained the same unit originally reserved and made our move as smooth as possible. The facility and units are extremely clean and I highly recommend Morningstar Storage. Thank you Cheryl for all your help! You're the best!

Cheryl has been a great help through a stressful time. The appearance of the facility is always excellent. With the consistent process set for easy access this was the best solution for our needs. I know this facility will rise above expectations with Cheryl's great customer service attitude.
